Julian has over 18 years of experience within the construction industry and has been involved with Civil and Structural Engineering design and management in Europe and Jamaica. He has operated with cutting edge design and production software as well as leading design teams on multi-million dollar projects incorporating all structural materials. Julian continuously displays a high level of commitment and is relentless in his pursuit of engineering excellence. He has the ability to address the concerns of clients without compromising the standard of work and agreed project timeline. Julian is able to offer clients the most cost effective and innovative options in making their vision a reality.

NICOLAS MCMORRIS

DIRECTOR, CHIEF ENGINEER

Nicolas has over 16 years’ experience in both the local and international construction industry which encompass; Civil & Structural Engineering, Design and Academic work. Nicolas’s experience in the United States involved exposure to cutting edge research and structural design utilizing the latest production software as well as participating as a critical team member of various design teams on multimillion dollar projects incorporating all structural materials.

In addition to being a professional engineer, Nicolas is also a Lecturer at the University of the West Indies where he is the Programme Coordinator of the Civil Engineering department.

STEPHEN MCMORRIS

DIRECTOR, PROJECT MANAGER

Stephen has over 19 years of experience within the Jamaican construction industry through McMorris Sibley Robinson Architects and Planners where he was involved in monitoring, design and project management. At MSR Engineers, Stephen has the responsibilities of managing coordination with various agencies and sub-contractors necessary for the completion of each project. Stephen is also responsible for ensuring that the quality of work produced by each project team member is up to standard and implemented on site. Additionally, he oversees the preparation of permits and applications to regulatory authorities.

CHRISTOPHER ROBERTS

DESIGN ENGINEER

Christopher has had over 3 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for the engineering designs and drafting coordination on all the projects within the office from the small refurbishment projects to the large scale commercial projects. As Jamaica’s youngest TEDx presenter, Christopher has portrayed his passion for science, technology and innovation. He is highly motivated and adept at understanding new concepts and is experienced in all structural materials. He is always keen to explore new ideas and introduce our clients to new technologies. Christopher has also displayed the capacity to manage the full aspects of projects on his own.

MARKSMAN CLARKE

DESIGN DRAFTING TECHNICIAN

Marksman has had over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He is our senior project draughtsman and the CAD Manager, overseeing our drawing production work. During this time, he has worked on both large and small projects, gaining valuable experience across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. Marksman has also displayed a keen interest in project management, which helps to connect him to the overall project scope and to gain a greater understanding of the key role that he plays.

JOHNIEL WATSON

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Johniel has over 6 years experience as an office administrator and has been a great addition to our team. She is extremely conscientious and works assiduously to meet deadlines. Johniel, is responsible for general office management as well as maintaining our social media presence and company image. Johniel is also responsible for managing the company accounts and acting as the first point of contact for many of our clients.
